- What is the 'Satisfaction Guarantee'?
If you arrive and are unhappy with our accommodations, contact us immediately. We will provide you with a comparable or upgraded room at another Inn Boston Reservations location at no cost, including luggage and transfer. If there are no suites available we will provide a full refund less the processing fee.
- What does 'un-hosted' mean?
This property is managed by Inn Boston Reservations. IBR specializes in furnished apartments, corporate and vacation rentals. Remember, you are living like a local, so there is no on-site host. Suggestions for neighborhood markets, restaurants and entertainment are provided in each room. Our friendly staff is available 24/7 to assist you with any additional questions or needs.
- How will I receive my keys?
All of our apartments feature keyless entry. Once final payments are made, an access code will be provided via email which will allow you access to the building and your suite.
- Can I invite additional people?
We do not charge extra for additional guests. Should you find that you require additional bedding, our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments can accommodate an Aero Bed in the living room that can be reserved for additional charge. Please request an Aero Bed when making your reservation or allow 24 hours' notice. Please keep in mind that our studio suites have 1 queen bed and are not suitable for more than 2 people.
- Is parking available?
We do not provide parking for guests. The Christopher is located in a residential area and metered street parking is available but limited. The nearest parking garage is located at 800 Boylston St. Boston MA 02199. For questions concerning parking rates, please contact the Prudential Center Garage Office at 617-236-3060.
- Is internet available in my suite?
Yes, complimentary wireless internet access is available in all of our apartments.
- Is there daily maid service?
Maid service is not provided during your stay. Daily and weekly options are available for an additional charge. You can add these options when making your reservation through Inn Boston Reservations or give us a call and we'll add it for you.
- Traveling with a family?
Absolutely! We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments that are perfect for the family vacation. Live like a local and save time and money by taking advantage of your furnished vacation rental's fully accessorized kitchen. Please keep in mind that many of our units are located in walk-up buildings, and we can't guarantee a lower floor assignment. Please make sure any special needs are clarified at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Traveling with a dog?
Unfortunately, these properties are not pet friendly. Inn Boston Reservations has one building that is a pet friendly property, the Back Bay Beacon. You can see this property online at www.backbaybeacon.com or call us at 617-236-2227 and we will be happy to make recommendations for you.
- Is smoking permitted in any of the suites?
All Inn Boston Properties furnished rentals, like all public spaces in Massachusetts, are mandated non-smoking buildings. Violators will be charged a $500 deep cleaning fee, and multiple infractions will be subject to your immediate eviction.
