The Boston Christopher offers furnished studio, grand studio and one bedroom apartments in a 9 unit walk up brownstone in Boston's vibrant South End neighborhood. Available from 2 nights to several months, enjoy living like a local for you next vacation or corporate stay.

Our off-site staff is located nearby and available at all times to offer assistance. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions:

1. How do I make reservations?
You may reserve a suite directly through Inn Boston Reservations, our premier reservation service that guarnatees the best available rate. Bookings can be made online or by calling 617-236-2227. As there is no on site host, reservations and payments must be made in advance of your arrival date. The Christopher has a keyless entry system, accessed by security codes that will be provided to you prior to your arrival date.
Please be sure to call us if you have not received these codes in advance of your stay.
2. Is there a front desk?
There is no front desk. The Christopher provides a private, un-hosted accommodation with full support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is no on-site host, but our staff is easily accessible for you any time of day or night.  
3. What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled up to two weeks prior to arrival date are refunded in full less a $50 cancellation fee. Guests canceling less than two weeks in advance will have already recieved access codes to their building and unit, and are therefore responsible for the full booking amount. This means that cancellations after the two week window will be billed in full.
4. What is the 'Satisfaction Guarantee'?
If you arrive and are unhappy with your accommodations, please contact us immediately at 617-236-2227. We will provide you with a comparable or upgraded room in your building or another of our locations. If we need to move you to another building, we will provide transportation at no cost. If no other suites are available and you choose to leave, we will provide a full refund.
5. How do I receive my keys?
The Christopher features a convenient keyless entry system. Once final payments are made, a pair of access codes will be provided via email which will allow you direct access to the building and your suite. Please keep in mind that your suite door code will only work between the scheduled hours of your stay. They will automatically activate at the time of check-in, and deactivate at check-out time. Please contact Inn Boston Reservations for luggage storage options and questions regarding early check-ins or late check-outs.
6. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Please note that your access codes are automatically activated and deactivated and you will be unable to access your suite before or after these times.
Please be sure to call us if you have not received these codes in advance of your stay or you need to make arrangements for luggage storage.
7. Is room service available?
The Boston Christopher is a self-service apartment and does not have dining facilities on site for these types of services. To get guests started, a complimentary breakfast basket is provided upon arrival and includes coffee, tea and an assortment of morning snacks and treats. All suites have a fully accessorized kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, allowing guests the autonomy to prepare meals and cater their stay in their own style. Many supermarkets and specialty food stores are located nearby and the South End is one of Boston's main restaurant districts offering a diverse mix of cuisines and dining options. Suggestions for neighborhood markets, restaurants and coffee shops are provided in the room directory.
8. How many people will my suite accommodate?
We do not charge extra for additional guests. Our 1 bedroom apartments have pull-out sofas and additional linens are located in the closet and bureau. An aero bed (inflatable mattresses) can be reserved for an additional charge, please request one when making your reservation or allow 24 hours notice. Please keep in mind that our studio and grand studio suites have 1 queen bed and are not suitable for more than 2 people. Also, please note that the Christopher is a walk-up building. All suites are located between the second and fourth floors.
9. Is parking available?
We do not provide parking for guests. The Christopher is located in a residentail area and metered street parking is available but limited. The nearest parking garage is at the Prudential Center, only a few blocks away on Huntington Avenue. Please see the Inn Boston Reservations neighborhood map for more garage options.
10. Are wireless internet and phone calling available in my suite?
Yes, complimentary wireless internet access is available and can be accessed with your email address and the password provided with your access code email. All suites have a phone with private line and local phone service is also complimentary.
11. Is there daily maid service?
An additional set of linens and towels are provided in your suite. Daily maid service is not provided during your stay but daily and weekly options are available for an additional charge. You can add these options when making your reservation, or contact our office after you arrive.
12. Is there a laundry facility for guests?
The Christopher has a washer and dry available on the bottom floor for guest use between the hours of 5 pm and 10 am. Guests must provide their own detergent.
13. Is smoking permitted in any of the suites?
The Christopher, like all hotels in Massachusetts, is mandated a non-smoking building. Violators will be charged $500 and credit cards on file will be processed for any guests whose suites require smoke removal after vacating.
14. Do you allow pets?
No, with concern for guests with allergies we do not permit pets in any of our units.
